 In one of our retreat times, she did an exercise with us. She had us turn to someone next to us and to put our hands together, but not touching, and to enter into a form of prayer. We were able to feel the energy that comes from the other person without touching. You could feel the heat and you could feel the energy. She was trying to teach us that there are so many things that we can’t see that we are always giving and interacting with our environment and to be aware of that. Not to feel closed in, but to be open to what’s around us. ~ Ruthanne
